1. Appointments
*Must be 18 years or older to schedule your appointment.
*Appointments may be scheduled in person or Phone and a non-refundable deposit amount will be collected to secure your selected appointment date & time. Your deposit will be applied towards your facial treatment cost.
*Kindly arrive to your appointment 5 Minutes prior (only) to allow time to complete your intake and consent forms & update pertinent information.
2. Payment Option
We accept cash and all major credit cards, Venmo and Zelle.

3. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for clients and require notice when cancelling OR rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellations with less than a 24 HOUR notice, Same Day Cancellations OR any NO SHOWS forfeit their deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Day of Service
*Kindly arrive 5 Minutes prior to your scheduled time to update & complete forms.
*Do not arrive sick or with any contagious illnesses or infections as we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, kindly cancel your appointment with a 24 hour advance notice to avoid losing your deposit.
*Cancellation within 24 hrs. and no-shows→ charge 50% of the service.
*Treatment approval is determined on an individual basis at the time of service. If need be, we may make adjustments to your treatment plan.
*The listed rates do not include Gratuity.
